This place is stay worthy only because of it's location..otherwise no services offered..although francis is a good host but rooms are small and bed is not so comfortable..but the guest house,it's right next to bogmalo beach which is a serene,quiet and beautiful beach..hence you got to give the guest house a chance for the view it offers..

We had a bad stay here. The bed had ants on it, the water wouldn't stop flowing from the taps, the fan would only run on 5, Hot water not working. Overall, the stay was not good. The owners were not much bothered.

Good location, near to the beach. Hot water available Toilet paper towels soap are provided. Possibility to book a taxi for the long distance for the reasonable price. Easy to find.

The guest house is perfectly located next to Bogmalo beach. The rooms are clean. The service is very quick. Ample parking is also available. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy while staying in South Goa. Absolutely wonderful ambience! The owners are so down to earth and helps wherever they can. Just need to cross the street, which is not busy, infront of the holiday home to get to the beach. It's literally a 10sec walk to get on the beach. Absolutely worth it! Can enjoy a beautiful sunset while sitting on the balcony. Rooms are neat, tidy and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially families!! There's quite a few different places around in the area, walking distance, where you can get good food. It all depends on your taste, but they are all good. This place is situated in a very good location! This place is ideal when it comes to location and value for money and a homely feel!!!

Value for money. If you are going to Goa to roam and not to stay in room...this is the best place. Amazing beach view from the hotel and Francis so supportive. Better to contact Francis to book your room.

A value for for money place to stay at Goa. Located on the Bogmalo beach and has basic amenities. Worth trying for budget traveler. Location is really excellent.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The Owner Mr. Francis and his family were really helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped , cleaning up to the mark and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Goa. Our stay at the resort was just for 3-4 days but we decided to extend it by 3 more days due to beautiful place and courtesy extended . The owner and his family made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent hospitality.
