Stayed in wooden cottage near river for 3 days during long weekend. Price is little higher when compared to the facilities. Room is very basic, but clean. Location is good. U get good privacy. It's better when water is there in the river season July Aug. Food is average. Resort is little far from the city centre and heritage site. Overall stay was good. Good hospitality.
It's a sham, they will increase price post booking. The least value for money place you can find. "Boulders resort" nearby is much better. During my one night expensive stay, they have: - increased the price without giving us any notice - decided to not give our room service orders without telling us anything - did not provide water bottles, coffee/milk packets, mugs, etc without us making multiple calls to reception You can get much better service for half the price. This place is a sham, and only doing business because it's a backup option when other resorts in the area are occupied
Not at all a good experience.. Lack of communication. They tell different price on phone call n different price when we are on site .. Don't trust these guys.. Also the refund of advance was not made after canceling the booking. In fact no phone calls n messages were entertained.. We Wasted advance amount. Instead go to Hill stone.. That's A good one in affordable price with good food n service!
The best is the location. You can have your meals facing the water body and can catch a glimpse of Crocs as well. But the limitation of 9:30pm of kitchen being closed seems a bit weird for the hospitality industry. Food was above average, don't get experimental you should be fine. We stayed in wooden rooms, they were good.
Amazing resort just by the river side. The rooms are decent and the food is above average. The resort restaurant is beautifully placed overlooking the river. The resort is pet friendly so you can bring in your cat/dog for a nice staycation. Definitely a worthy stay in Hampi

On the day we went, Google location is wrong, call the hotel management for location if you are going . The stay was 5 stars and the view was amazing and the rooms were clean and good. Food is not bad. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking to stay nearby.
The thing is if you are spending 10K for a cottage in place like this you expect some sort of quality. Everything is below standard it's like a normal room with no view. Isse acha toh mere ghar ka view hai, restaurant view is good but no vibes, the place was full but the resort does not plan any activities or recreational events, the pool is so dirty that you'll surely come out of it with some skin infection. The booking manger is very rude, he demands outfront to pay for the room charges and if you've booked in advance then forget any refund and they might even change the rate. There are better options available nearby. Even the shacks are good outside. YOU'LL ONLY REGRET AFTER BOOKING THIS HOTEL.
