Hi all, I am writing to express our deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent experience , my mother at your physiotherapy department. I believe it is crucial to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior and subpar treatment that she encountered during yesterdays ( 30/8/2023)visit . At the physiotherapy department, she was met with a series of incidents that left her feeling disheartened and dissatisfied with the level of care provided. Firstly ,one lady self introduced as physiotherapist seemed disinterested and her behavior was very rude. This lack of courtesy and willingness to assist was highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the behavior of one of the physiotherapists was completely unacceptable. Their dismissive attitude towards my mother concerns and that lady therapist rude comments about my mother's condition were not only hurtful but also detrimental to their overall experience. As a patient seeking help and support, and considering their age a certain level of empathy and professionalism that was sorely lacking. I am writing this letter not only to express my dissatisfaction but also with the hope that the issues my parents faced will be addressed promptly. As a patient, they deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. I trust that the medical facility values the well-being of its patients and is committed to upholding the highest standards of care. I kindly request that appropriate actions be taken to address the behavior of the staff ( Staff name we will reveal it to the management)and to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Patients seeking medical assistance should feel comfortable, supported, and well-informed throughout their journey to recovery. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the improvement of the physiotherapy department's services and overall patient experience.

Very good physiotherapists. I went to the hospital for my back pain. I have had over 10 sessions, Under their thoughtful care, seen massive improvement. Would highly reccomended this hospital, especially Dept of Physiotherapy.

enikk kaalinu oru sjrri unnttaayirunnu.... peer keetttt oottoo aann ceytt..... Surgery was successful but he doesn't have ethics..... He didn't even communicate properly... Before my surgery he said it will take only 3 weeks to cure but days passed 2 month 3 month my condition is become worst and i visited him several times he s not willing to hear my problems he s saying it will b ok..... Then i went to another dr at first sight he said me nothing to worry take a blood test.... Then my esr levwl is 40,,joint arthritis he gave me medicine after 3 days i m feeling free like a birddd.... I am disappointed with dr. Hakkim..... I ate lot of pain and i cried a lot.....

Very much skilled and qualified staff. The treatment given by physician doctors like Dr. Deepak Sha is excellent

Located at Kalpetta, old hospital but I was confused with the building and poor navigation system. Contradictory statement, you are telling visitors not allowed and also telling about visit time..

I admited for 2 days. Good service from doctors and nurses. Good atmosphere. Clean rooms. Only difficulty faced is parking of vehicles

I've under gone shoulder surgery 2years ago over there.After that, i hav experienced with physiotherapy section almost month.Its the better physiotherapy place with good facilities and good ambiences as patients can feel better soon
