I visited their clinic to get a COVID-19 RT-PCR test for my flight on a Saturday morning. The staff and technicians were very helpful and informed about the testing procedure and requirements. The clinic is clean and there was no queue when i reached. Sample collection was thorough, quick and the technician followed standard protocol to reduce transmission likelihood. They got back with the results just before the estimated time. Results provided were in the format required for most flights, didn't have any issues at check-in. They also have a pharmacy on the lower floor, where they sell self-test kits too. Overall, we were pretty happy with the service and would recommend Leo Healthcare.
I got myself tested for RTPCR twice. And both times the hygiene was great. Proper precautions, gloves, sanitizer, etc. The swab testing was also done very gently. Great experience
I went to the hospital based upon Google reviews and . It was a nice, well cleaned clinic and the staffs were taking all precautions with respect to covid. Covid test was taken at utmost precautions and the results came with respect to the time they have given. Good work

Leo Healthcare and Diagnostics is a newly established small clinic. However, don't let the word small fool you as their staff and in particular Dr Lakshanica Reddy were absolutely professional, very welcoming and prepared to go out of their way to listen, advise and support unlike other clinical facilities that tend to be more entrepreneurial. In summary, I personally strongly recommend this establishment to anyone in search of genuine Healthcare service delivered with absolute professional pride and that difficult to find ingredient of "human touch".
Very poor response time the commitment made is different and what they deliver is different. For covid test I have to call 5 times. For bill I had to call 7 times very very disappointed.
I went there to do covid test. They have tested me with a lot of care. Lots of good stuff. And after I was positive, he explained to me very well what I should do. Thanks Leo healthcare
