Fresh ground coffee is available here. We are using Leo coffee from my grandmother's generation. The taste is very good and persistent across ages.

Poor customer service. They will force you to pay by cash. Sales woman will either say card machine is not working or stock is unavailable if you say it is card sale. The same person is manning the outlet. Nothing changed.

Very very worst staff.. Worst attitude she talk l slum.. Dnt kno how to handle customer if they ask any doubts I just asked which is good as different varieties there She replied we don't sell which is bad.. I ask do we have to add chicory by ourselves and she reply not ourself yourself..

Very worst service . I am writing this review in Dec21. The lady who work in this leo store outlet have more worat attitude . She dont want to sale the product . She never give change . She want exact amount to buy products. As a customer, we wont keep change rs. You shop need to keep change rs as per the customer required amount . The lady who work easily say " dont buy if you dobt have exact amount" once old lady climbed the steps and came to buy coffee but the lady work there easily said " get change and come for buy" . Pls remove that lady from that place . She will kill the leo brand .

The sales woman who works here is very rude. She started literally shouting at me for asking questions related to different blends of coffee.

Worst customer support... Lady was in the shop very rude.. She doesn't have change.. And she is telling don't come to shop without change.. This is how u behave to the membership customer... Worst lady...

Very worst experience. The customer service was very bad and rude.the lady in the counter was very rude and there is no online payment and no card swiping service.
