Quality of coffee powder is very good. They have a website to order. Single orders are promptly delivered and actively promote monthly subscription online. Here is the catch. Once you subscribe, close follow up is required. The landline customer care nos are all inactive. Mobile no connects to a lady, who gives vague inconclusive replies akin to govt offices of 90s. On further probing simply answers that they are not aware of the status and cuts the call.
One of the best and oldest coffee grinding and vending shop. Although I never had Coffee but all around me are coffee addicts. They all prefer this shop than any other. So as far as quality is concerned it is the best and the price is also reasonable as compared to the other coffee powder.
Very bad customer service at this branch. Lady managing this outlet is not correct person for this job. GPay does not work, they only ask for cash. Today PBerry not in stock. Have got disappointed during my 3 previous visits.
Sales girls in the shop were not responding properly. Every time when we visit to get the coffee powder, one of the girl often says not available and asked to get in Leo coffee shop near Suriya sweets...Honestly speaking she is lazy to grind the coffee seeds. Last month I experienced a very bad one! One girl nodded and said coffee powder is available, other girl said no not available, as they want to chat and time pass without doing the work.. better remove those sales girls from the shop. My friends have experienced the same. No issues with the coffee powder..Completely worth it..Love Leo coffee
One of the best coffee in town. They have a great legacy and carry the same. Wide variety of coffee powder to choose from. Their vending machine Mylapore mocha, is jus awesome. One can grab a quick coffee anytime. Kudos to the team. Affordable pricing. Highly recommended. A must try for authentic coffee lovers.
THIS IS WITH REGARD TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN OF THE LEO COFFEE. IN OCTOBER 2ND I JOINED THIS SCHEME WITH ORDER NO 6399 and also paid for 5 months and also courier charges. THE FIRST SUBCRIPTION I GOT IN OCTOBER 10th. I was under the impression on or before 10th of every month I would get the coffee powder. Today is NOV 17th. As on today I didn't get any packet from the great LEO COFFEE. Poor customer interaction. When contacted the Leo coffee, the reply I get SIR WE HAD SENT ALREADY. COFFEE POWDER MAY GOOD. BUT VERY POOR CUSTOMER INTERACTION. PLEASE DISCARD THIS SUBSCRIPTION SCHEME IF YOU CAN NOT PROPERLY OPERATE IT.
Good coffee shop, selling both coffee for drinking, as well as coffee powder. Situated on a very busy wide one way road. It is a small establishment. There is no parking space of their own. Customer has to park on the road only. The shop is visible from the vehicles on the road. The entrance to the shop is not disable friendly.
Very poor marketting strategy. No stock of House blend at Westmambalam & Kodambakkam. When contacted head office staff give evasive reply Messenger Prabu left Will be available by 6 pm (25/10/19)But stock has not reached , when contacted says that staff at Porur will reach 8.30 pm. Utterly poor management. New shops of coffee day Kothas coffee have come up because of ineffective marketting takent. Why you are selling milkmist product. This speaks that you are not in core coffee business. Hope you will improve.and sell pickes like Sri Krishna sweets.

A small cafe located in Alwarpet. The menu is limited. The cappuccino I had was delicious. The ambience is also pleasant. The staffs were sweet and polite and asked all those who went there if they need a glass of water. Definitely worth visiting.
