Pathetic experience. Bought a spec with lens and the specs corrode with sweat. Golden color specs becoming black. Have to just discard it. Don't go for Gold member ship scam and rather invest one time on a good quality spec rather than buy two and hope nothing wrong happens. Wasn't satisfied with the quality of lens with power that they have put as well. All in all very sad experience. Unfortunately, city I am in I dont have Lenskart currently.

The store and the staff is very cordial and helpful in nature. The collection is one of the best in any lenskart stores you will mind in M.P. and the staff will guide you through selecting the best option for you. Kudos to the entire team !!!

Experience was quite good. Staff was quite warm n soft. Would have appreciated if a token gift was given. Like solution to clean lens . I was not given a bag stating that it's chargeable. Is this fair?

A good store inside DB Mall, Bhopal. Almost has all the collections of spectacles. But every person in the store is busy don't know why but they keep on running here and there. As it no time no attend the customers. They are like, haan lena hai to lo, warna mat lo. Hamein kya karna, hamein humari salary to mil hi rahi hai.

I visited the Lenskart store in DB Mall today. Mr. Anurag was very helpful. He repaired my glasses. He is a very nice person. Loved it.

The staff was helpful. The information provided was not clear and the staff was a bit confused until a senior person clarified the offer. Overall the experience was good.
