This Lenskart store is inside VR mall. I recently visited there and bought two pairs of glasses. I was thinking to buy a sunglasses from last few days. Me and my friend was roaming in VR mall when I thought about to do shop for glasses from Lenskart. The staff was professional and they helped us a lot to choose the right set of glasses. They also provided free eye sight checkup. Fortunately my eyes were at full capacity . They took the order and delivery was at store after two days. After two days they delivered and I get my glasses with cover perfectly. So overall experience was really good. Thumbs up!
Good Quality glasses. Experience of product is extremely good and also at an affordable price like I bought 2 powered glasses only for 3500 only. Staff was also very good. Overall there isn't any issue and the experience was good.

Today had a bad experience at this outlet. The girls were very unprofessional and certainly untrained. Eye test was not correct. Instead of 1.0 she was insisting on 1.5 power. They could not do the billing and were struggling with the computer for more than 40 min. The AC was not running. It was very hot inside. Me and my wife were sweating and very uncomfortable. Finally when the the girls cud not do it the male manager completed our billing. It took us about one hour for a 10 min job.

As a trauma surgeon, vision glasses are crucial for my daily tasks, and the prolonged delay has been a significant inconvenience. The frequent calls with reassurances only add to the frustration. Disappointed with the service and the impact it has on my professional responsibilities.
