Amazing collection and offers. Very good service and staff.
Quality with Good prices only if you have gold membership. You can buy gold membership from Flipkart Coin Section for free. Then you can avail buy 1 get 1 at no extra cost. They have 2 main products. Vincent chase and John Jacob. You must download app and then select from app and then visit store. It will help you greatly. Further, staff is very good. And all payments option are available. Though there are some rigidity in their process which is you can choose shape of lens. Meaning is that you have to go with lens size which is there with frame. So one can't choose one frame and another shape of lens in that frame. This thing must be removed. So I recommend outside shops in case of Rimless Lens shape.
Very nice shopping experience at Lenskart, Vegas Mall branch. They have got a huge variety as per my experience of other stores in west Delhi. The Sales assistants are very cooperative, helpful and really good. Went to buy one ended up with two frames indeed. It's been 3 years I'm using lenskart and I trust them over others, thus I took out sometime to appreciate their effort.
The service and the staff's behaviour was very nice satisfied with my visit.
Good serving but needs more better management and fast delivery
Extremely disappointed by the pathetic after sales service of Lenskart, Vegas Mall Dwarka. I had paid atleast 3 visits to the store to get my broken power glasses get exchanged after approval of my insurance amount. But to no avail, the staff is unable to initiate my order citing technical glitches. After my numerous phone calls, the staff is unresponsive and providing false assurances each time I visit the store. Regretting the decision of choosing lenskart.
Lenskart gives us good quality products with awesome! Faculty of this store. Dushyant sir is a very talented Optometrist and his nature is very polite and doing eye testing carefully and Carer for all customers.
