Few months ago, I bought a pair of specs from Rampurhat Lenskart showroom. But suddenly faced some issues with that frame, so I informed that to them and they exchanged the specs with a new one. Besides, the behavior of all staffs of showroom was nice. Thank you Lenskart .

My experience is overall Good. and Mr Mrinmoy Behaviour and professionalism is well and satisfactory..But they were unaware of the free cleaning kit scheme running in my lens kart gold membership
