Don't do free eye check up at store I was given wrong prescription.. thier called opticians over thier aren't certified it seems the board on which alphabet are shown is too close distance compared to standard hospital ones...and they made glasses for the same...when I checked at delivery the vision was blurry and felt dizzy when tol..they told me it's new number that's why and I'll get use to it after while...but when I went to the doctor to do a check up the doctor told me that they gave me completely wrong prescription...then I went and showed the same...there was no apology or anything from their end...i had to go 4 times at store for. Collect the specs they don't even provide free delivery and charge and longer wait for delivery be careful while eye check

Got a good support from the representative Annu, she handled all the queries patiently and effectively, and helped to choose the right frames, abt the price part, lenses and frames are crazy over priced, additionally they have set such offers that customers are forced to buy 1+1 offer, even if they don't need it, there are some unexplained prices, too. Lenskart is taking full advantage of being monopoly. Need more competitors in the market on this level so that customers get best deals.

Good collection in store. Optometrist Rashmiii he did my eye checkup really good , explained me and helped me to choose correct frames according to my routine work and lifestyle. Thank you Rashmii, keep it up & all the best.

The service provided at their really good and communication with customer is polite manner with proper information regarding particular product and all.@Rashmi Gawade she has give me excellent service.

Update following the below review: Lenskart finally agreed to replace the lenses of my spectacles FOC, they did a check and confirmed that the distances were indeed incorrect (thank you Ahmed at the Davorlim branch) however by the time the glasses were ready to collect, I had to fly back to London. I'm now waiting to have the glasses and hand and check them out. I'd like to thank Lenskart for the personal touch and for being practical and reasonable. I will be updating further to confirm if the glasses are usable or not. We are very old customers of Lenskart, but this time they've messed by progressive lenses, which is why I just couldn't wear the glasses. I had the glasses made and flew abroad in a couple of days, so could not do the needful to have the glasses rectified. 8 months later I'm back in Goa and have gotten in touch with them, only to be refused and told that it's company policy and that I should have gotten in touch with them within 30 days. I explained to them that I had flown out of the country which is why I could not take advantage of the 30 day window.The eye technicians here are not reliable. Beware, and put your money where it's appreciated - for me its INR 14k gone down the drain. Good for them too, theyve lost a loyal customer as all of us wear glasses and went to Lenskart for our glasses. Bye bye Lenskart.

Pleasant. But, a sunglass delivered at store today has a deep scratch on the inner side of one glass. I think sales person might have mistaken it for stain. Replacement required. Your contact phone number has no option to talk to your sales executive or customer care rep.

I had placed order at panjim lenskart store and opted for home delivery service for which they even charged me extra. However the delivery agent is saying he doesn't deliver it to my address and that I will have to travel around 8 km to collect it from him So much inconvenience because of this. And lenskart doesn't have a customer care service where we can talk to person directly and get our issue resolved.
