Good store, staff is polite , helpful and friendly. But being such a big brand, they don't have a vast collection and variety of specs. You want a good frame, warranty, etc but here, you don't get a lot of choices, u are bound to choose from the available ones only. Even the sunglasses range is veey limited. Otherwise , service is ok

It's was a really nice experience. Staff behaviour was excellent,but whenever new customers come they behave too ignorant to other customers who are already their. Otherwise they give excellent service. But they shd change their behaviour, like this. Otherwise they give best service and their behaviour is also good

We have been coming to the Ghumanpura location for the past 4 years. We have always had a good experience. Pallavi did our eye test and Nandita helped us with picking out the best suitable eyewear! We left the place with 4 pairs of glasses. I'm really impressed with their customer service. I do plan to visit them again for my family members aswell.
