Today visited Lenskart, Chandivali store, very cooperative and helpful staff. Mr. Satish khope very knowledgeable techanical staff attended us and given very fast and accurate service in checking eye glass no. and given good advice in selection. Earlier he advised me to consult Dr. for eye check-up before making glasses, this was very helpful for me and I was timely operated for cataract.
The service is quite good and therefore I have rated it 4. However, I feel the range in this branch is less compared to other lenskart outlets. Moreover, the store is quite crowded during weekends (I have experienced it on multiple occasions) and as they are under staffed one has to wait at least 20-25 minutes for their turn for any queries or order placements which is a bit frustrating.
