Very polite staff. A very good in-store experience.

The most worthless, inefficient, unhelpful, outdated specs store I've ever seen in my life. No one is willing to even make a sale they are too busy scrolling on their tablets. Representatives are just there to take their month end salary. Unhelpful staff and worthless stock. The company is just running on online sales and that too is tricky if you don't read the return disclaimer. Don't go over the name and visit the store ever, I feel like the metropolitan stores might be a little different but that too a mystery.

Worst staff behaviour recieved...after having gold memership for two years and ordering glasses worth rs 7,828 in two years you dont deserve that kind of treatment from the staffs...been there for an eye checkup...the staffs were busy attending other customers for nearly half an hour...didn't even bother to inform that it will take time...will never ever visit the store again...earlier it was not like that...

Very humble and polite behaviour of sales manager. I had given for repairing of temple tip of sunglass. It was very properly repaired. Highly recommended to all.

I have given five stars only for the quality of the frames and the lenses But if you are going for offline shopping in lenskart be very careful of their marketing strategy. They will ask you for add-ons which will add up to a large amount in your bill So choose the very basic lens there is almost 0.001% of difference with their add-ons. After all it's their business and your money

Very nice store with so many options for specs. The staffs are very helpful and co-operative.

First they were to me but. I bought one spectacle and two sunglasses when it was time to get delivery they didn't bother to inform. They called me 2 times on same day that both products are ready to deliver but when my sister got there they just handed over the sunglasses not that spectacle informing my sister that spectacles are not ready yet. After 2weeks I called them they told me that that was ready to deliver on that particular date and they called me and I didn't response. Then I told them that my sister was there on that day. Then they are like sorry there is a mistake we didn't check. And that is horrible experience.

All the stuffs are too good with behaviour and they are also helpful. I would like to visit again if I need and also recommend my friend and family members for any lenses
