Variety of frames available. Vikas bhai from the store served us well. Staff is good. Overall a good experience. Giving 4 star just because we felt the price of the some products are little higher. We had the membership and we purchased 2 frames from the store.

My frame had issue. I called the lenskart outlet, promptly they requested me to visit the store. Visiting store the replacement process was completed in 5 minutes. My frame with glasses were replaced with new one, free of cost. I was fully satisfied with the services.

Worst staff ever. The attitude of manager was too high . We went on 8.27 p.m. and we interacted with them at 8.31 p.m. and they said kindly take entry before 8.30 , now we are closed . We also have our office times , u have to come to the next day only ..they didn't entertain us. They have no greet to their new customers. Even they said we can't serve you because our store will be close soon at 9.00 p.m. , I didn't understand that what was their office time? At 8.31 he said closed and they were open till 9.00 p.m.!!! They didn't serve at any single time

Was on an overseas trip and my glasses got bent. These guys helped me fix my glasses and cleaned them for me no fuss. Really grateful!
