Went to lenskart seeing their coustomer friendly advt and they are providing 1+1 free taking the cost of two as if it seems they are doing a huge favour I purchased two glasses for INR 45000 on Nov 10th today 1 of my lens of a glass accidentally broke the left side one the other lens had no problem and I approached the showroom where I purchased and they told that I should get the both lenses changed and charged me INR 20000 for that, so everyone pls see that there is nothing they are providing as per their advt in the medias, not at all coustomer friendly.....

The staff behaved very badly to us. We purchased a product by giving the specifications, now when it's having an issue they are mentioning that if the power of glass is more then it's not their problem. In that case you should not be selling those products. We mentioned the power and they showed the designs from those only we selected the frame. And paid extra for thinning and all. Now they are blaming us for having 4.5 eye power "which they can't handle".
