Worst experience. They are very good at story telling. I was thinking to return an item , but they denied. As per lenskart they have 14 days no que asked return/exchange policy. But when i go to store they frame multiple story and denied from returning the products. Very bad exp. I will never recommend anyone .

Very bad behaviour of the staff always dey will make story can't do this cant do that ...like for spec repairing purchased from same shop dey r telling we will not do .... So if u dnt care about customer why u witness always customer experience. This is my last purchase from lenkart phulwari sarif.

Didn't like the service of the people at all. Very unprofessional guys at the store....one guy did my gold membership for 600 rupees without even asking my permission. When I confronted he simply started arguing. He is the same person who tried to beat up a customer. The lenskart guys think they are supreme. I will never visit any lenskart store

Visited so many times but their price are bit higher. Same brand option with low price are available in other shops. Never purchased. Even they are not providing eyecheck-ups at home . We can say not too good not to bad. Ok with their services.

One star for their good storytelling talent.They just missed my order, its been more than 10 days and lenskart officials even dont know when I am going get my order.

Staffs are not well behaved, however there are few collections of frames which are good. If u belongs near phulwari sharif then only i will suggest you to visit here, else visit other lens kart store.
