I've been a customer with Lens Optics for a while now, for me and for my family. Geo and the team have been amazing, approachable and really friendly all the time. They've been always honest with their opinion while choosing a frame or lens with the technicalities and always offered a neat deal. Recently, I bought a RayBan shades from Lens Optics as I was surprised by the price difference I observed with the UK shops. Geo sent it to me via courier(safely packed) and I received it in few days. Well now I'm enjoying the UK summer with new RayBan. Thanks to Geo for the timely advice which saved hard-earned money.

I visited the Thiruvalla location in November 2022. Geo and his team were helpful and extremely patient with me as I tried on different frames (I had a hard time making up my mind). They made the process of choosing the right glasses easy and stress-free. They took the time to explain the different options and answer all of my questions, and even provided a free eye exam to make sure I was getting the best possible prescription. I ended up ordering two eyeglasses and they were ready for pickup within 1 business day. I also got a contact lens fitting done but did not purchase them from this location. When I tried to order contact lenses online, the company needed additional details in order to complete my order. I sent an email to Geo to see if he could provide the details so that I could place my order. Geo was once again super helpful and provided all details in a timely manner.
