Lenovo Service Center - Computer repair service in Kollam - Kollam, India

Took me a hell... It was the only authorised service... I was helpless... I gave my laptop to be serviced on 24.3.2023 and they returned it on 19.6.2023...Horrible service... Loses its brand value because of such filthy terrible service personnels... I could have given a minus rating if it was possible.....

Issue in my phone was port complaint. But they had returned the phone with damaged display. Poor customer service. I think they are not an authorized service center of motorola.

Very good service and attractive front desk staffs.. willing to hear problems and provide satisfied reply and service. After the service informed customers to bring back their phones.. good service I ever seen...

Service centre in andamukkum is an authorised service centre of both the brand's lava and Lenovo . For battery replacement display etc if the stock is there they would do it in 1hr. If not they would mark your name and phone and Mobile no in Register and will call you. Token are given. And you have to wait for your turn. This would probably take 30min to 1 hrs. If u give your phone they would trouble shoot and find the defect and will say the cost of rectifying it. But sometimes due to the board complaints they would give back the mobile.

The Service is Great... It's very useful... They take good care of our devices
