LEMONGRASS INN - Hotel in Rajakkad - Idukki, India

I can comment only on their restaurant, not on their rooms and stay. We had an unscheduled stop there for dinner. The restaurant was well laid out, washrooms clean and fresh smelling, and the service was excellent. The food was good, but not of the class as the other attributes were.. Will comment more after an overnight stay, if possible.

Not so great views from the hotel. Whatever you see from here, can be the same in almost 70% of the hotels/resorts in Munnar. Location is also a bit far away from Munnar. Food was okay. Rooms were good. Not much of amenities though. And the hospitality is good.

We only used their restaurant and ordered chicken fried rice chilly chicken,chappathi, chicken noodles and paneer curry. First of all they brought us veg fried rice instead of chicken. The chilly chicken was like few pieces of chicken boiled in some saucy soup. Food wasn't great but slightly expensive compared to others. Overall i wouldn't recommend this restaurant

Rooms are nice and spacious , and their room service is also good . Location wise don't expect much as it's a general hotel . They do have dinner options available but it will be a fixed buffet and nearby you will not find many snacks items so dependent on there food only .

Excellent place to stay. They have ample car parking space, Rooms are decent family rooms, food is quite spectacular - especially for the price that they offer their buffet.

I recently stayed at Lemongrass in Rajakkad, the beautiful foothills of Munnar and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the main roads. The rooms were spotless and hygienic, and the service was exceptional. It's likely that this place was the only 4 star hotel in the town. A special shoutout to Noel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The unique display of a war-time military truck in front of the property was an interesting and unexpected touch. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rajakkad

The hotel is very nice.staff is supportive.even when I ask for tv channels they help me.the food was very nice.the hotel have fan and AC even not required over here. VERY NICE EXPERIENCE OVER HERE.MUST BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU COME RAJAKKAD.
