I visited the common area, and underground Air-conditioned hall for a corporate event. It was very comfortable, well cleaned ambience, good air-conditioning, nice service by staff. The food was equally good especially the non veg snacks were very well cooked and served. The common sitting area at the Ground floor was looking very calm and well illuminated. I don't know about the charges though (as I went there as a guest), so my review is based purely on the basis of service, ambience and food quality only.
The hotel manager was rude though the staff was good. Breakfast is not good compared to Premier 1. They serve packaged juice. The room had a smell of dampness so I had to change the room. I don't recommend this hotel. It is not worth the money they ask for room, breakfast and food. Restaurants nearby the hotel serve way better food and those are just a 100 meters away.
It is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Stained sheets, dirty rooms, even dirtier bathroom and muddy water from taps. I am shocked that they even call themselves a hotel!!! It's should get a zero star rating. I cannot believe how badly this hotel chain has deteriorated. It is truly been one of the worst hotel stays in my life. Will NEVER stay here again if I can help it
I stayed In Room no 423. The hot water in shower is just warm and not enough for an early morning bath. The refrigerator does not work, and it is empty. Many rooms in the floor are under renovation and so the stench of paint is nauseating. The speard of buffet is fair but not worth the money. So is the bar. Disappointing experience.
Overrated hotel. The rooms aren't as commensurate as compared to the fare charged. The location is quiet close to Big boyz lounge in Sector 29, Gurgaon. There are 2 lemon trees nearby so check the correct address before you reach. The food quality is average.
Rooms are maintained neat and good but Average quality not justifying the brand. Food Expensive compared to nearby restaurants. Buffet dinner at 999/- + taxes is really not worth for the options they served. Lots of pubs and restaurants are on walkable distance. Location is preferred only to explore nightlife but this property is way too expensive.
Hotel is very good. Better than Lemon Tree Premier 1 . Room are neat and clean. Food quality is also good better than Lemon Tree Premier 1 . But Front Desk behaviour was very rude and unprofessional.
I always prefer staying at lemon tree chains in india as the same are v comfortable and with best services . The cleanliness & warmth of all the service staff is well appreciated . Lemon tree serves one of the best breakfast which offers you a great start in the morning .
