Lemon Tree Premier, Kolkata - Hotel in New Town - 24 Paraganas North, India

I wish i could give zero stars. The service is pathetic and the staff is too non welcoming. I stayed for 25 hours and felt like we were burden on them. They are too rude. And too i mean it when i say too rude. I ordered food in room and i was asked by the staff to come and dine in the buffet if i want to eat "SO MUCH". This was literally said by the staff. I Even approached the manager of inroom dining. He took the food and left from the room. They were very rude. There was no one in charge who could understand. They all were very rude to me and my set of colleagues.

Cleanliness, ambience were point on! Had an amazing stay with family though for food service and expectations weren't met. In fact, the quality of food as per the overall experience didn't match. This is one area of concern and can be improved.

The hotel staff was very rude they donot have any sense to talk they are in human they donot consider your problem and thought that they were best I will going to mention about there behaviour to my company too . I would have not stayed in this pathetic property if the Novotel and Vivanta was not booked . Definitely not gonna recommend this place to anyone because of the staff behaviour. Poor service .

It's a pathetic hotel that can ever be. The staffs are so unprofessional they are so rude even if you tell them anything to correct or give them any feedback they are just least bother to take it. As example I told them that this hotel is so bad as they don't know how to behave, they will simply reply you "THANKYOU" . This is how they behave. & top of that there food is as bad as they are. Their rating should be -100 .

If you are a corporate customer, lemon tree premier doesn't treat you well. They will ask us to speak to their sales team for each and every thing (reservation, room allotment, room availability, meals option, early check in.). Totally dissatisfied customer from lemon tree hotels group. Their central reservation simply doesn't work.

Firstly, the phone number mentioned on the website and booking confirmation document was not answered by anyone. When we reached to the hotel the check in experience was horrible, the person I was checking in with seemed like he doesn't care. There is a huge list of things like these. The good points were that the rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant served good food. When we asked for water or towels or toiletries, the staff was very quick. Overall, It is just a normal hotel, you should not expect much in terms of hospitality.

The studio room is very nice. It has huge glass windows with the city views. The breakfast at the Citrus cafe is good. The restaurant is spacious and nice. Overall, it is nice for business trip.
