Apart from many other positives, what caught my attention were 2 facts (a) 10% of the workforce they employ is from specially abled people. I met 3 such people at the hotel. (b) they have clearly mentioned that they reuse 90% of the water which is the reason why flush water is pale in color. This is mentioned as a note in every toilet. How responsible behavior towards society and natural resources.
The hotel has very nice servicing staff and are very helpful whenever needed especially Basona and UB prakash. Overall very good to stay.
Very good place to stay, rooms were very clean, hot water was available 24*7, staff were very courteous, breakfast spread was decent, hardly 10 to 15 min walk from metro station
Room is nice, but Bathroom isnt spacious. Food is average. Didnt meet the expectation considering its 4 star ratings
Arrangements is very good. I stayed there for one night. Rooms are good. Neat and clean. Staffs are very well behaved and helpful. Breakfast was complementary and options are huge. Manager is helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.
Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Lemon Tree hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and the service was commendable. Very nice hospitality, all the staff members were very polite and special thanks to Leela for providing great service in the food & dining area. The rooms are always very clean and smell fresh as well. If you want to stay in Whitefield area then this is one of the best Hotel in that area.
I have availed their restaurant service for more than twice. I must say the food is splendid and the way they serve is also good. However they could still improve more on keeping the premises up to mark in terms of cleanliness. Altogether it is a nice place for a family get together.
Good place to stay !!!! I loved the 1bhk room concept at an affordable price. literally it had a small kitchen and sitting area. Good service!!!
