Lemon Tree Hotel, Viman Nagar - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

I stayed for 2 nights highly recommend this place it surely says it's 4 star but it's more like a 5 I'd say rooms are clean,cozy and comfortable; to mention breakfast as well more like a brunch with loads of variety and the best part about my stay was staff here may it be porter, watchman, receptionist or manager everyone is sooo helpful and cooperative Mr. Abhishek (if I'm not wrong) was so professional in his work and polite with decency also try booking it directly rather any third party !

Location is good. Hotel upkeep is also good. However cleanliness needs proactive approach and not when customer demands. For my case sheeted we're not changed and room was handed over to me. Hard to reach areas like back side of bedside table had months of dirt built up. Bathroom got clogged while taking shower every time and also produced bad smell once in 2 days. Food is a major area of improvement nothing I ate was at basic level ok W.R.T to taste. Service was good, only that they needed reminders

This is situated near airport so you can travel easily. Rooms are specious and neat-clean, bathroom is quite large and clean and house keeping staff you may call any time. Services are with smile laundryman asking every time for yours cloths. Location Wise also it is good place you can moove anywhere in the city

This is a really nice hotel that is located quite close to the airport, the rooms are nice and moderately sized, very clean and the bathroom is very good as well. Personally what stood out to me the most is the food, all types of cuisine are here and i really loved the dinner and breakfast buffets which came included with our room package. Really great place, I have no complaints

Great hotel located at the heart of viman nagar at a walking distance to the Phoenix mall. The restaurant citrus had decent food but not up to standards and can be better. The rooms were neat and up to the lemon tree standards. Overall, i was satisfied with my stay.

Hi Lemon Tree Team, Upon my stay in your hotel for a business trip, I had asked you to give me a receipt which clearly defines the hotel fee and local taxes on top of it. Your receptionist had denied it and asked us to ask Agoda where I did this booking from. Now the Agoda customer service says they can only provide the receipt with no bifurcation of hotel fees and taxes. In return, I have been asked by them to reach out to you. I don't see any challenge in just forwarding me a receipt with clear bifurcation from your end. I have travelled around the world and no one has denied to give a receipt to me upon request. Good location near airport ( around 2km). Well maintained room. The food options/taste definitely can be improved however the service was good.

Had not so pleasant experience, wasn't allowed to check in since they were facing some technical issues preventing them from accessing bookings etc (my guess). Only after lil push stating had reached after travelling for whole day and showing the booking confirmation,the lady (being generous,since she didn't act nor talked like one) was allowed into the room without anyone to assist, expecting a bell boy seemed like luxury...left to discover assigned room . While checking out totally different scenerio seem finally pros had taken over,who knew about service industry.
