Rooms are very very small, instead of beds they have made permanent brick structures on which mattresses have been put. Not seen such kind of cost cutting in any hotel. Rooms are good for individuals only, not family. Service and food is good. Location, entrance, parking are very poor.

Truth: rooms are very very very very small. But good for someone who just goes there to sleep and exit morning for work. Even to do some work in between. I like: it has everything but small. Enough for me. Location is solid. My office was close by. Amenities in the hotel are there to the basic extent. For the price. This is the best you can get in Gurgaon. I've been lodging in Gurgaon over last 10 years. I didn't like: I feel bad for many who come thinking of Lemon Tree the name and imagining it to be big room.

I will provide genuine feedbacks Cons: 1. Room sizes are very small. 2. Beds aren't wooden movable beds. They are made of marble & stone & a big mattress is put on it. 3. The bed mattresses are bigger than base size of the bed itself. So If you sit at any corner of bed you will feel like you are failing down. 4. Not safe to walk outside of hotel at 8PM as it's in industrial area. So it's too dusty & noisy. 5. No proper ventilation for diesel generator pollution. Sometimes smells comes into the room itself. Also in the morning they will pollute the fresh air in-order to do generator testing as part of hand-over to other technician. 6. Garden (park) space is too small. You can't have a good walk inside the premises. Pros: 1. Room service was very good. 2. Employees were soft & respectful & courteous.

-> Experienced one of the worst stays at this Lemon Tree Hotel. Rooms were not properly cleaned, indicating poor hygiene standards. -> Room infested with mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable. WiFi was non-functional, and the reception's response was unhelpful. -> Receptionist claimed inability to address WiFi issues due to limited IT team availability only in the morning. -> Limited Breakfast options.

Its very small room 9ft x 9ft and one single+ bed is fitted i to this room. Room passage is 1.5 ft wide and there is mirror i this passage, how will you use the mirror? You sit on the bed and open bathroom door- there is only 1.2 ft distance between edge of bed and door of bathroom. No hand towels. Its highly claustrophobic to stay there. Breakfast time is 7 am and nothing was available at 7 am... I will avoid Lemon Tree after this stay.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, staff was well behaved, services were timely. Special mention to Ajay, Aryan, Abhishek, Rakesh & Ravindra, they were very friendly to me.Highly recommended if you want stay near cyber city.

Rooms and services needs to be improved. Hotel place is good to be reached out but from outside no one can figure out that hotel is there. Moreover it's looks like a oyo hotel rather that a 3 star hotel.
