Ashish Bansal (Event date: 29th Nov. 2023) They were booked for my wedding. We had a terrible experience with their service and food during the wedding, which had barely 40 attendees. The dishes had not been thoroughly cleaned, and they were using steel bowls. We don't even use steel bowls for guests at home. I'm not sure where they got this notion. The lunch tasted terrible, and everyone complained about it. The DJ wasn't there, even though we paid a hefty sum of money for their services. The song was being played by a long audio clip. Throughout the entire wedding, the staff's incompetence and lack of professionalism were apparent. The food was appallingly bad. The decor was not finished as intended. My wedding was wrecked by them. Booking them for a wedding is not something I would advise, even though the floor manager was unpleasant and rude to us.

Buffet item selection very poor. Items are not available for more than 20 minutes. No choice in both veg and non-veg. Service is very poor. They don't bother for customers complaints This is waste of money to go to this restaurant.

Very bad experience . Hotel staff is very much irresposible and they are stole my watch when i call for my wrist watch they refuse to give me back and argue with me .if anybody stay here pls take well care of ur valuable things

My experience at a Lemon tree hotel was very disappointing. The staff's unprofessionalism and lack of competence were evident throughout my stay. I had issues with my reservation, and their inability to handle it efficiently left a lot to be desired. I won't be returning to this hotel in the future.

We stayed for a night, room service was good because they were over priced, no water in washroom due to leakage which they tried fixing spending almost 1.5 hours but failed, while night water leakage noise was there. Then the morning I asked for a tea, taste was pathetic, second when asked they send the tea but again same problem but even my onspot feedback they charged me for both times. Is there anyway of getting refund for charging intentionally wrong way and when a coustomer facing issue there was no solution infect we spent most of the time with plumbers in my room.

Went to attend the family function. The banquet hall isn't recommended at all. Very poor service quality and food wasn't good as well needs high level improvement in all departments

I won't recommend. Kindly book any other hotel if you want to spend some quality time. Since last 3 hours or probably more...my room is vibrating and having so loud noise because of a water treatment plant above this room. I was expecting a good sleep after the busy day but here even the hotel staff is not bother for that. Totally Annoying
