Excellent location with Excellent Service. Alcoholic beverages served in rooms and not in restaurant. Perfect for families.
Staff very helpful. Buffet is small but tasty. Kitchen ever ready to accommodate your taste. Be it if noodles or Pasta for kids, Chef tries his best to add to Meals. Breakfast is nice.

I stayed in this hotel for three days (208) with my family and for all three days, I requested hotel staff to send milk for child in room which even included khichdi. These guys have not charged a single penny from me.
Next time, I will definitely stay in this hotel

- Big scam on gym. Only 1 thread mill and 1 Cycle is available. But mentioned as gym.
- Swimming Pool is small.

Hotel is perfectly located right in midst of Candolim beach and Candolim Water Sports beach. Plus has numerous cafe's nearby and options to avail any services what a tourist would prefer!!
The hotel was for relaxing purpose fine, but was a bit not up to the mark. Shabby bathrooms, and services were a bit slow.
Food was good. And The WiFi was unexpectedly fast. Good place for business travel but do think before going for a vacation. Otherwise the location is really great.
It's not worth the price and name it has. It feels like local hotel with no facilities. Lemon tree had a brand and after taking room at this property the brand value has become 0. I want refund.
Best hotel with great location....and if you travel with your baby under 5 years they provide 3 course free meal to baby and meal is very nutritious...the breakfast buffet is great comes with vast variety...the hotel staff is very kind and humble...overall it's worth the hype...
Okay ish rooms for it's price. I faced an issues where the AC in my room wasn't working for 24 hrs. The staff gave me a new room asap and the pool is good. But tje area around the pool is unsafe with wooden planks and should be changed.
