This hotel stands out from the rest of the places as it has a beautiful ambiance to it and the rooms are kept in top notch condition with attention to detail being the key thing. The staff are very professional and can handle most requests from a fellow customer. They include amenities like a full size gym and a pool table which are nice to have.

Everything in this place is very good. Excellent service and they make your stay comfortable. The location is very nice it's situated in the city centre. All places are in walking distance. All the staff are helpful. I would like to mention Ms. Debasmita for her excellent hospitality Wishing her all the very best. Great job guys.

Good things first . They have courteous staff and have employed deaf and dumb people to provide them a respectable livelihood. Housekeeping was fair. Neat upholstery etc. Sad things. Asked for filtered water they filled it in used plastic bottles. A good hotel will serve in glass bottles. Plastic bottles are not to be reused as such. (A few are aware that pet bottles shouldn't be reused. ) Chef and food was boring. Didn't follow or understand instructions. Also food was salty couple of times. Asked for chef who wouldn't turn up for over 10min. One would eventually eat up what is served. On second occasion the assistant chef came saw heard and went away. Nothing happened. Sad service in kitchen. Minor issue of pests in dining was seen.

The hospitality is amazing and staff is ready on toe to help out. Rooms are clean. Breakfast menu is wide spread for lots of choices. They even accepted my request for late check out by few hrs as my son was not keeping well.

Overall a goof experience, rooms were well maintained, spacious and service was good. Buffet breakfast was well spread. Location is very good as it's in Prime location- Banjara hills with GVK Mall and lots of good restaurants and shopping areas nearby

This is the budget hotel of the chain. Will located, but the rooms are tiny. The breakfast menu is adequate. As for room service, the shortest time they take is 30 minutes. Recommended for short stays

Would not recommend this place. Mine was a business travel so I had stayed very limited. Had dinner (which was sad, curd was sour, everything below average) and breakfast again was bad. Idly kaun kharab bnata hai.. I ordered dosa , wo b kaccha la dia. Then I asked for tea, it was poison .. 0 investment on customer experience

Overall average hotel at Good location. Don't compare this with its other branches, it's not even closer to other branches like Delhi Aerocity. Mainly the service is poor, housekeeping is too busy (I don't know what they do) First there were no towels in bathroom and when I ordered in morning they didn't bother to provide towels. Similar to food, don't expect or keep any mark it's far average quality. Being vegetarian tried Paneer and literally feels like rubber in texture. Rooms are ok. I can suggest stay here but don't dine here it's kind recommendation.
