I came here on a school tour from Haryana. This hotel was truly on of the best hotels I have ever seen. The fact that this hotel has 4 star rating leaves no doubt in this. The room service was fast, rooms were clean but the food was not good (breakfast). Overall, it was a nice experience. The service by the employees was absolutely marvellous. They were ready even at night. A good place to stay!

OVERPRICED AND VERY DISAPPOINTING! I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights with my wife and 2-year-old son in November 2023. We went with this hotel because of their decent-sized rooms, but apart from that, everything else was just mediocre. 1. Very unfriendly staff - When we requested a late check-out, so our son could rest a bit, Mr. Sandeep, the hotel manager on duty, was only interested in making more money and had zero empathy for a customer who stayed for 10 nights. He always had the tariff card ready for any question you ask. We were so disappointed that we left the hotel immediately and booked a day elsewhere. They didn't care. I have never seen such mean and unfriendly staff in the hotel industry. 2. Cleanliness of the rooms - Rooms were never cleaned properly. Every evening, we had to call housekeeping to get our room cleaned properly. 3. Overpriced - Very overpriced for what you get in return. 4. Breakfast - Limited and repeating menu. 5. Wifi - never worked. Almost every day, we hear people complaining about something or the other, which shows the state of affairs of this hotel. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. There are better options nearby, such as Hotel Nalanda.

My experience was not nice. The hotel staff are not at all accommodating. I was traveling with my parents (both senior citizens) and they denied early check in. They said there is no room available however when I checked online, plenty of rooms were available so I had to book room for one day before. The room was spacious. The bed sheets and blankets were dirty though. I had booked room for three ppl however they only provided two towels. There was no hand towel. I requested for water next morning twice as we exhausted two bottle water which was provided at the time of check in, however no one brought it to the room. I had to go down myself and get water. The breakfast was okay however we had to wait for 10 min for clean plates. In conclusion, the hotel is okay but the service is bad.

Nice hotel but quite dated compared to Rajkot Lemon Tree. Fitness centre is very poor. Staff are kind and helpful though. In particular, Deepika on reception, Mazuludin who helped with our bags, and Vishan and Deepkumar who looked after us very well at breakfast each morning. Thank you to them all.

We had a very good stay. Rakesh at Citrus cafe was amazing. His customer service was excellent and so do all other employees in f the hotel

1. Average rooms with average interiors. 2. Breakfast is average to ok...means theek hai... 3. Location wise is ok good....near by msin road. Easy to commute with cabs. 4. Reception takes 15min time for check-in kin-checkout. 5. Overall 3/5 star.

Neat and Clean Hotel. The rooms were very clean & tidy. Service is very good and efficient, Especially Mr Arjun at the reception was very agile and supportive. Also, I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr Rajdeep at the restaurant, he was very keen in serving and gave a special guest experience.

I want to congratulate you and your team for consistently delivering top-notch hospitality services over and over again. I've not had to make any complaint since I have been using your facilities. Please keep up the good work. You have a life-long customer in me.
