I went on weekdays... Neat & comfortable rooms. The food was ultimate for all the 3 meals. The best part of this resort will be their food & hospitality. Only bad thing was their swimming pool since it had an extreme level of chlorine which is not suitable for childrens & even for some adults...

Property is decent. On the day i went at night the staff allowed a family to sit and have drinks near the common pool. Seen this in low cost property. But in a place that costs this much. It's disturbing to the other guests.

Our time at Le Leela exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort's commitment to privacy, coupled with the stunning lake views and family-friendly atmosphere, created the ideal setting for our gathering. Not worth for the amount paid.Resort property is very congested no other activities and facilities available. Rooms are not good,having dusty odour .Speed boat was chargable. Restaurant charges are extreme high. Breakfast buffet was also not impressive. Pool was small. No indoor games also, except for one dusty carrom board. Cannot even compare with other resorts in kumarakom , which provide better services for the amount being paid.

We had a fantastic time at Leleela after a large family function at the resort we stayed on with some of the family for a couple of extra days. The location was beautiful and the size of the resort was nice and small to make it comfortable for even the smaller kids to roam around freely. We enjoyed the canoeing and hiring the electric bikes to explore a bit of the neighborhood. One night we stayed on the boat which was a nice experience in itself with fantastic views across the backwards. I was also able to continue to work remotely from the hotel using the good internet connection. The whole staff team was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time at our family get together at Leleela. We spent a weekend here and the food was excellent, with a variety of cuisines across the meals. The resort is very well located and convenient as we were travelling in from Kottayam and Kochi. Their service is absolutely most mention worthy. Staff were so good and happily looked after each of our needs be it the kids or older family members.

This place is located right next to vembanad kayal. Came out as a surprise at how good the place is. A really warm welcome at the reception from the time we arrived on a rainy afternoon, till the time we checked out, every thing was taken care of. Warm and welcoming staff made the stay a breeze. The beauty of the backwaters , the kayaking and the lovely weather to compliment it all made our short stay memorable.
