Lekshmi Bakers - Bakery and Cake Shop in Kottarakkara - Kollam, India

I ordered a custom cake of 3kg with all the prints and all for my son's baptism. The cake was juicy and delicious. One mistake that happened to the store was that the store is too small, so they placed it in a public freezer and someone damaged it when I went for pickup.. so it was a spot design even though I spent 2500 on custom print and all. Store employees should be a little more careful while handling big orders. Added both picks that one they shared after being made in the bakery and one they gave me the next morning while pickup. The entire custom cake becomes like a half fallen Eiffel tower and designs are torn apart.

A great place for juices and quick bite near Kottarakkara bus stand. Nice ambience, entire place is kept neat and tidy. They have a great selection of juices and sandwiches. Parking space is limited, but there is a paid parking area nearby. The staff members are friendly and courteous. Wishing them all the best !!!

Really sorry to say the quality and quantity of everything i bought has changed drastically in 2 years. Momos have become less than half the previous size. Extremely small. Crispy honey chicken - extremely thin strips of chicken coated in batter. Not sure if there's even any chicken inside or if it is only the batter now. Beef lasagna - this has quantity but only one base layer and top layer of lasagna sheets with an overload of beef inside. Bad experience for the third time in a row. Never again.

Giving four star for this lekshmi outlet due to their less customer service comparing the other outlets. Food quality of lekshmi backers is really nice. Lekshmi edibles is one of the oldest Bakery network in Kottarakara region providing more unique things about their services and the Quality. Their food quality is known by almost each and every persons in kottarakkara region. All types of food bakery items, sweets were available here with verity of options we can chose from. Especially I want to mention about their egg puffs and the Normal plain bread which is really having an awesome taste. I did not taste and found egg pus and normal plain bread with that much softness. Their service to the customers is really nice. Fast and responsive to all the customers. They are making almost all of their food items in house and transferred to the each bakery locations. Almost every branch is well maintained and the hygiene factor is also nice. If we order cake for birthdays they will make it with perfect and high quality. All types like Black foster cake, white foster cake, Ice cake, Butter scotch cake, plain cake, and also different types of designer cakes even printed with the digital type photo is available up on the prior bookings and made by their own cake makers inhouse.

Good ambience. Various cuisine served. Good service as well.

Service is consistent and pricing is average. What I did not like is the sugar content in majority of the items. It's too sugary

The establishment by LEKSHMI EDIBLES, after its remake as PLATINO, has below average food and cleanliness and has recently faced issues with food safety, including serving bad food. There are inadequate staff and the atmosphere is very poor.
