This is a small place and has limited stock. If you like a certain color and need a different size, we may not find one. However they may give discount on few items. We have recently bought Yonex shoes. However in just 2 months, it had kind of worn out. Somehow not much satisfied. Customer approach is also not upto the mark. Every sales person seems to be occupied in their own tasks...

I have taken a nivia gym gloves on Saturday and used it on Monday for deadlift's and the result is the gloves are toren n stiches have come out. I want the shop manager to either refund my money or give me a better one

Unprofessional is the word. They have a shop inside JP badminton academy, Srirampura. I gave my racquet for stringing there with my own BG65 strings. When I collected it, there were mistakes in stringing. Two adjacent strings were threaded the same pattern so that there is a big loose area in the sweet spot of the racquet. I showed this to the person there he said that a new boy did the threading and he agreed to fix it with the string they have by evening. But when I returned, it was not fixed, and the receptionist said that they dont have any connection with that shop, and that boy left as soon as I left in the morning. I asked him to call me once that boy comes, but the call never came. I called multiple times, but different ppl picked up and one person called back and told that that boy left the job and he doesnt know anything abut stringing. This was going on for 2 days, and then he said that I have to go to some other shop to get it fixed and he doesnt know where my racquet is.. Surprised by this, I went again there and took the racquet from there, told the person in reception and came back, as I didnt want my costly racquet to be mishandled by these unprofessional ppl. I lost the cost of my strings and had to travel a lot of times to the shop with no result.
