we went for a 10 day trip to Ladakh through LLJ and had a very good overall experience in the trip. All arrangements made by them were as per the finalized itinerary. The only thing lacking was a lack of hotel options to choose from. They have a specific set of hotels to choose from... like ladakh marvel and leh residency in leh. Go for them if you are travelling on a budget or you want a value for money trip. Recommended!!!
The entire Leh-Ladakh trip was planned by Bhawna. I had a lot of changes in the itinerary and Bahwna was very patient and planned out everything meticulously. The entire trip was hassle free and we did not have any impediments. The accommodations were also very good and comfortable. Since, it was our anniversary trip, candlelight dinner and cake was also arranged. The entire trip would be etched in our memories forever. I would definitely recommend Leh Ladakh Journey to all my friends and relatives.
This review is going to be bit detailed: Firstly, i would like to mention that I travelled from Leh ladakh Expedition back in 2019. I came across all those old photos today while i was going down the memory lane and thought to grab another trip with Sushant, alas I lost his number due to phone change. Coming to the experience part: I travelled to Leh Ladakh witha customized itenary where Sushant helped in curating all of those points for us personally. I do remember how well he suggested us what to cover and what not to. Our best bet was on Tso Moriri since this was the point I got added with utmost need! There were couple of failures from our side, like we reached Leh very late (2 days late) because our Zoomcar broke down in Kullu while coming. Sushant diligently waited for us and was catering to the absolute need of time. When we arrived, he adjusted our itenary in a way that our days were not lost. Earlier we had to spend a day in Pangong and a day in Nubra, which got reduced obviously, but he gave us an extra notch in exploring these places by reducing 1 day of local sightseeing in Leh. Our climate acclimitization was done while we started our Journey to Khardung La. He compromised on the hotel we booked for Leh and made the adjustment in the payments. The driver he hired was very polite and was catering to all our kidish behaviour and even too much of chittering. The last day when we returned to Leh, we actually sat down with him discussing the whole trip. Somehow we ended up in negotiating the amount, but Sushant didn't lose his cool at the end and we settled to a very great amount. Sushant was very understandable to the situation we went with Zoomcar and gave us that discount after all. Something worth I learnt that day that he may be doing a business but also making contacts as well. What I got from the trip: 1. Good stays in Leh, cozy hotel in Nubra, great and warm woodhouses in Pangong (i believe this was something which i could have asked and he could have provided accordingly), and best tent stay in Tso Moriri. 2. Good pictures 3. A great driving experience 4. A memorable contact What I may suggest the team: 1. Can you guys collaborate more with properties around these locations for more options, i am sure these years you would have definitely expanded 2. Some adventure activities to expand the variablility 3. Self camping options since the car option is available What I require more: I wish Sushant reads this and remember. Hoping to contact him soon!

These people are a big scam. Book individual than wasting your money and time on them. The owner Sushant is a very irresponsible, arrogant person who can spoil your whole trip by being super negligent
