Pathetic service specially Mr. Ameet....he is extremely rude ...after they take the order they don't respond... They won't pick up calls or reply to your whatsapl messages.. they only call at the time of payments and will ask for payment without sending you any pictures or sharing any details. Don't every buy anything from them they have extremely pathetic services.

My mother in law selected Tomato red colour but at the edge time they delivered dark pink colour. This act is so irresponsible. We traveled for 30hrs just for bridal shopping and you guys wasted everything. Complete after 25 days we got the parcel. The wedding date have 15days only. That's why I can give you 2 stars only. See the difference below.

Very bad experience, The salesman who was instead of listening to us was singing by himself, We are traveling from Beawar to pali, but we did not get any sense to come to Leela sari and I would suggest that no one should ever go to Leela sari, the salesmen here are very useless.

V. Bad customer service once ordered u are neglected, ordered item and delivered item is v. Different and low quality

Other than the collection, nothing about the shop is good. From its ambience to its staff and customer service, everything is bad. They will ensure that once you enter their shop, you don't get to leave it until your entire day has been wasted there. They'll make you wait for unnecessary reasons. They'll ask you for a range in which you're willing to shop and won't show anything below that range. The after sales service is beyond pathetic. They don't deliver the items on time, they won't deliver why has been promised and when you'll try to tell them their mistake, they won't admit and then they'll right away cancel your orders . Worst shopping experience during my wedding and won't suggest anyone to shop from there.

THE WORST PLACE. VISIT MONA SAREES INSTEAD. THEY DAMAGED THE SAREE AND BLAMED IT ON US. WE HAD TRAVELLED 22+ HOURS TO GET THE SAREE AND THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
