I did my operation and treatment in this hospital. If you want the best and correct treatment visit this hospital. The doctor is very experienced and genuine. The only concern is he is taking a long time for consulting and testing and this is what makes him a good and genuine doctor. Importantly he is not running behind money. One should be patient during waiting. The staff is strict and allows as per queue only and I suppose this is the best policy. Fortunately, there are a only few good doctors in Bhiwandi and he is one of them.
I called in hospital for appointment they are like kal 9 baje call karo aaj nhi hoga, i even said it's emergency but still they refused it. No were mention online to book appointments by 9 am only or else not allowed to go, this not good service. If someone is in emergency how they will wait for next day to visit, they should consider the emergency situation.
Since no response on phone we visited personally and inform about patient that they can't seat and wait to get appointment in advance of next day then also we remain seated for 2hrs, in this days every one has value for time but here it is not applicable. Doctor is Good but Staff is not properly trained.

No reservations allowed, I understand there are few good doctors and a huge population so waiting list being long is natural, but atleast they should have good seats to sit and wait for hours... Not right, whenever the call in the hospital, the office staff says that Madam is busy in the operation, call tomorrow, then call then she says, call at 3 o'clock. I mean those people keep rolling. If it is, then request Dr. Madam to give time of booking daily so that people do not have any problem.
Very worst hospital Doctors have zero priority for there patient I recommend people to never visit this hospital
