Very Worst Gym.... Going to Gym For 6 months+ .... No Weight Loss. No Trainners.
Husband Wife Trainners always busy with personal works, mobile then why you openning gym.
Waste of time and energy no use, no schedule, no diet chart, no weight loss, no Trainners. Simply opening gym all are doing there own. Even for doubt can't able to ask them. They are not in gym. Always going out incase very rare Trainners are there means they busy with mobile
No A/C atleast Fan.. Always they off fan too. No open area . Very worst sweating smell.... Cleaning lady come and off the fan... Always disturbance. No hygienic.
Starting for one or two week they act well they teach more workouts after that they busy with mobile or outing..
Totally waste before entering they act more weight loss very simple after getting money they don't teach anything.
Waste. Better close the gym or hire some perfect Trainners.

Fabulous master they train students very well and he loving is passion to teaching work out to make people fitter Friendly trainer and it was not an hydraulic.
My weight before joining was 50 after 1 month I have gained up-to 10kg.
Fees is very much convenient.

Trainer is not good their only aim is money not fitness.They will not allow you to workout on your own and they will not allow others to help you so if you make mistake the trainer will say your doing correct. You cannot see results in this gym as their only aim is money.you can see positive reviews which are given by weight loss people. They give importance only for weight loss and not for body building.

If you ask me, I say fit n nut is the best gym in madipakkam that caters to women. The equipment is good. Trainers are polite and highly knowledgeable. I had the best workout ever. The trainers treat the clients with a lot of comfort.
