Recently stayed for two nights. Pros- Food in the Indian restaurant was excellent. Good range and really tasty. Service efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower good with plenty of hot water. Rooftop bar pleasant. Cocktails very strong. Can arrange competitive currency exchange Cons- Pool doesn't look inviting, water line needs cleaning. Room has a strange smell initially but that seems to disperse. Would recommend for sights of Lucknow.

Lovely Estate, however, LACKING in ALL other hospitality aspects. Lets start with the airport pickup. They had asked for my confirmation, I confirmed via email, and no one showed up at the airport. Once I made it at the hotel the front desk told me the hotel car is fully booked even the day after. extremely apathetic attitude. Staff not professional nor quality hotel like. This hotel mainly caters to weddings in season. So the staff you can tell by attitude and by how worn out their uniforms are, are also exhausted in that aspect and probably all others. Breakfast was miserable. Fruit was good. Cheese dry. Other foods too oily and translucent. Airport lounge quality breakfast. Italian place was OK. Swimming pool meh. The hotel defuses a scent and it is of a cheap masculine scent.Its an air freshener but not appropriate for a hotel of this aesthetic or even the rooms. It is very intense and annoying in the rooms, I had to ask for them to stop it. The architecture is stunning and interiors nice. Strange experience. Shame, it has potential.

I had an amazing experience. I went for family dinner in Azrak. The ambiance and food both were out of the world. You'll feel the next level of serenity. Service is also very good. The staff was very polite and courteous. It was my husband's birthday, which i informed them while booking a table, and they gave us complimentary cake to cut. The chef also came to check on the taste of food. So i can say overall it was amazing evening.

I was very very excited to stay at this Heritage hotel. But had a not so pleasant feeling. Especially because they did not show hospitality regarding a DSLR camera which I was carrying to take few personal photographs for my trip at Lucknow and of course at the hotel where I was staying. One of the Manager was so stringent on this citing hotel policies. I understand professional photography may not be allowed or will have rules and regulations. This was just a basic DSLR since I prefer it over any mobile pics. They were behaving as if I was having a whole entourage with me for a full day shoot with all the gadgets and the cameraman et al and they flatly refused. I am someone who respects rules and regulations and abide by it. But this seemed illogical and it was very ungracious especially being a hospitality sector (ain't travel, tourism, hotels, sightseeing etc also about some fun and taking pics etc and reveling in these lil joyous activities). As long as its not disturbing others and behaves within courteous limits I think these kind of things should be flexible. This place was like a school with strict teachers monitoring and micromanaging. I regretted spending money for my stay @Lebua. In comparison my second day stay @REGENTA CENTRAL LUCKNOW was really hospitable and good.

It was a really great experience there. The rooms were great and the aesthetic was also good. The Indian theme restaurant is fabulous, the ambience was amazing and the food was also delicious (not the typical tasteless continental food). The staff was also pleasant and active. I'm saying active because of the activeness and energetic behaviour towards the guest was appreciable. Overall it's a 'Great' place for 'Stay and Food'.

Visited the venue for a Family dinner. It is an amazing Fine Dining experience, one of the best in Lucknow. . The food is delicious, especially the Italian food. Bit pricey but totally worth it.

Excellent Service and Great Location Awesome Food , Best Service, Room well maintained Perfect location to expend vacation with family and friend, well maintained and just want to thank stuff for providing beautiful service all the time and great hospitality. Enjoyed a lot on that weekend and planning for more trip on same location.
