Generally the place is very peaceful and the location is nice. The service leaves a lot to be desired. For some reason meal times align with exactly when people go for a safari and there is no flexibility. I asked for a breakfast to take with me and was told it would be difficult and if I did then wouldn't be able to eat at the buffet if it's still Open when back , the high tea is underwhelming as well. The staff generally not very flexible and underwhelming
This place is located amid first with a small village around five minutes away. Tracking can be done there. Very serene. Cordial staff and good rooms. They have their own horses for arise and has pet friendly atmosphere. What bothered me is pets are not allowed everywhere (bar, restaurant, reception) .
Beautiful property and very well maintained. The rooms need some maintenance though. Likes include quick room service, spacious rooms with balcony, great buffet spread for all meals and even high-tea. Dislikes - The kids game room wasn't up to the mark and had very little games, the wifi barely works, super duper expensive food! But overall it was a good stay. The staff is very helpful and absolutely prompt at servicing guests.
A kid centric luxury property located in the midst of nature. If you are looking to spend 2 to 3 days in a peaceful setup with plans of just staying inside the property and not going anywhere else this is the place to be.
Lebua is amazing place to stay at Jim Corbett. We're definitely going to come here again. To reach here, there is some off-roading required, so they usually send their own jeeps for pickup. Once on the property, you can smell the tranquility in the air. Very cozy, comfortable vibes everywhere. You can also listen to various folk music being played by excellent local musicians.
Overall it's an amazing property. A little away from the main market area and requires a bit of off roading to reach the property. The rooms were of a very good size. Food was average but the spread was decent. They could however have a better spread for high tea.

The Naturalist, his patience & knowledge surpasses any Teacher's. Each member of the Housekeeping Dept. goes out of their way to cater to the comfort of the guests personally.... Thanks to the Dept. We booked a lebua for a 2 night 3 day getaway . Lebua is located in the middle of the forest . You need to do some 5 10 min off roading for too and fro between parking and resort(which is chargeable). Property is picturesque and is huge . It is well maintained as well. Food spread is good across the day and they accommodate special requests if any . Rooms are minimal and basic but luxurious .
