I used leamigo for all my tours in Italy. I found them easy to use and all my tours delivered everything i expected...loved the site..made it easy to book..plan and organize our whole Italy Experience..... will definitely use for our next trip

Scam company. I booked attraction with them. They did not sent voucher after repeated reminders. After speaking to their customer care and sending mails no response. The attraction which they promised did not exist nor have they refunded the amount. For such frauds plz file a case at consumerhelpline and a case at social site like voxya and post reviews on google cause we all trust google for best experience and feedback so that they dont cheat customers . I have all proofs with phone recordings, email and whats app chat.

This company deserves zero star. I booked a one day trip with them from srinagar to Phalgham and when the driver came he is riding a local taxi and couldn't speak English except few words and they did not take us to touristic places as promised by him and the company. And telling AC of car is not working. And also stole things from our bags.

Booked a tour for my goa with my husband. After going through reviews was not sure to book but since got to now about them via referral hence booked. Overall service was good. On time driver and all tours were as per covid norms. I was mesmerised by their sea side candle light dinner which obviously was not a bookable thing, but they did arrange that, which was amazing. Thank you leamigo. Highly recommended. P.S - Please add more unique experiences

Very convenient for booking and cancellations! Booked some tours while in Amsterdam with a group of people. Easy to cancel some people who couldn't make it a couple days before. That's a great feature. Really good guide on the Day Trip To Utrecht From Amsterdam. Nice Car, too!

We happened to come across Leamigo while planning our Water Sports activities in Malwan. While we enjoyed the overall experience of the water sports, there's a feed back which I'd like to give. The package offers a pick and drop to Goa. However, we were already in Malwan and had to continuously follow up to know the itinerary when assembling at the site on our own. We followed up with Mr. Mudassir quite a number of times for the assembly time and itinerary for the water sports. Mudassir responded promptly every single time. However, we felt there's a lack of communication between the team as we were not informed by Mr. Rajat that breakfast will not be served because we were not part of the troop to be picked up from Goa. But yes I must say that Mr. Manish was kind enough to forfeit the amount for the extra people who were accompanying us by allowing them to board free of cost to the beaches where the activities took place from the port of entry. Thank you Leamigo! Hoping that the feedback given will be taken positively!

Very poor service. I booked for the Kolkata Street Photography Tour. The guide was just a driver, he didn't speak English. Entrance fees, and lunch were included in the tour. But I had to pay extra for entrances and for my lunch. I'm still waiting for the refund of the extra fees since 3 month, after several reminders....

One of the worst service ever. Feels like all the reviews given below were given by their own people. I was recently in Phuket and booked tours for their service via MakeMyTrip. One was from Krabi to Phi Phi & other from Phuket to James Bond island. They have the worst customer service ever. They only communicate through whatsapp and if you are in a city with time difference forget a resolution till their office time. In first trip we were told that our pickup would be at 7 AM from our hotel. But nobody came till 9:15 AM. We woke up early, had very less breakfast so that we are ready for pickup on time. When nobody came we trying reaching the vendor who never picked up the call. I sent whatsapp messages to Leamigo but nobody replied. Finally after waiting for more than 2 hours pickup came. Second trip never happened even after paying full amount. The number of the vendor they gave didn't pickup as usual. Leamigo told us we will be definately picked from our resort. But the night just before i got a call from some boat person that they have cancelled our seats at last minute. I had to contact with MakeMyTrip who resolved the issue and really helped us but we were left without going to James bond island due to these irresponsible guys. A full day was also ruined. Anybody who is planning to book a trip with them please a suggestion find some other service then this. Regards, Anshumali Mishra
