I finally managed to get the drip irrigation system delivered 2 days ago. This was after nearly 50+ calls made by my husband to the company. Initially they did not respond.. but after several attempts they mentioned they will deliver. The product delivered looks to be of good quality. Hope the company will provide better response to its customers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had ordered for a 100 plant drip irrigation system on 14th March by making payment of 1,345. But I did not receive any confirmation on delivery date. When I called their customer care, he responded that he will get back. I sent a WhatsApp message too and there is no response so far. Looks like a fraud site. Please be careful
I placed drip irrigation system accessories from their website on 13 March 2022. Due to technical payment gateway issue the amount deducted from my account 2 times. It's being more than 7 days, there are no update about my product delivery. Their contact us email address is wrong and no one is receiving my phone. Looks like it's a fraud company. Everyone please don't place and order from cinagro. I will take help of social media and consumer court to get my money refund. Can anyone please confirm the address mentioned in Google for this vendor is correct or not?
Cheats - Don't order anything from this firm. I ordered 16mm drip irrigation main pipe and remitted money on 13-3-2022,there is no confirmation on delivery of the product.They stopped answering phone also. Don't buy anything from these cheats.
