Great resort with everything one would expect. Except for a lawn area which is obviously not possible considering the prime location it's located at. Wonderful chef at their restaurant. Our stay was really enjoying. Kudos to the team.

Dear hotel Your room wasnt clean nor hot water there . Only one towel wws given have to tell as 2 adults all time. If you ask them they will say no we checking for hot water 1 call. 2 call she saying reception maintaince going at 8.30 am in morning of hot water pump she saying. 3 call she saying no all rooms dont have hot water and after i come for breakfast they asked you want buket of water . I think this lodge not 4 star hotel. I dont know really General manager and owner knows what done under them.or they also same in nature to fool customers and all was shared to them by mmt as my booking was via mmt with photos. They changing room that room they clean half washroom and give to customer . In night wifi not working properly tv has error no signal and loose connection . Charging point in changed room not working . I was fed up to tell always this things . Whenever i went to tell mr ritesh will smile and tel i visted personally and checked then was i fooling he himself dont known what he checks as he did purposely so he dont want to gove refund and trouble guest.his intations are not good i willl say .i dont know what post is he have there but good tactics he has to fool customers same will be reported to each and every place nownas mmt told hotel said all okk so they not responding me .in restaurant i had spring roll first time he gave half cooked less spicy so i returned again shef gave it was spicy i dont know dont he remember. That guest want less spicy same order he preparing . Waiter asking after all.is finished that spicy tha means he was knowijg but stil he gave means this hotel just want guest should suffer in all.asked towels new house keepig saying aj laundary person nit came wo tomorrow u will get i think its lodg

This is a nice hotel located centrally in North Goa. The staff is courteous. The food is nice. Rooms are clean and with a range of amenities and facilities. We enjoyed our stay here.

A 3 to 3.5 star but definitely not a 4 star hotel. The service is good in general. The room was decorated as requested. Location is close to Candolim beach, ~20mins walk. But the electricity was constantly going off, every 10m. It was very irritating. Even though generator is there, still something could have done about it. Not a good experience in this case. The buffet breakfast was good. The walls are thin, so you will hear neighboring rooms noise. That also would spoil the experience. A 4 star hotel should always have good wall isolation.

Our family enjoy in pepper restaurant. Food was good, thanks to chef vikram. And Alok Maithani, very supported and caring fn b manager.

one of a member of this reasort name (Patnayak) is very very rude towards the customer and they dont listen at all. to anybody they dont even adjust with their customer . i strongly suggest that anybody should go at their resort.The Patnayak who ever it is he is so disrespectful towards the customer .
