Without a doubt, we can approach them again. From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank the Le Saffire team for their hospitality and the arrangements. The food was really good, and we all enjoyed it."

We visited on 11th Nov with my team and had a lunch with them. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. The food ordered and served was different and later when it tasted it was not that good. The cafe nearby found is costly however, they were taken our respect in delivering right food on time. Please make sure you give best service with food.

We'd accidentally placed a room reservation for the wrong date at this hotel, and we only realised when we reached the hotel. There were no room vacancies, but the staff was so helpful that they called another hotel and checked room vacancies there for us. They even called transportation for us, and held on to our luggage while we ate lunch at their restaurant. We saw the staff later during our trip- they asked if our stay in the other hotel was ok and they told us to enjoy the rest of our trip in Wayanad.

I had an occasion to book hotel Le Sapphire for two days and realised the dates was one month ahead after reaching there.The people in the front desk was really good and they helped us in booking another hotel in town and arranged for transport.I am thankful for those gestures as we were a group of only ladies.The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.Though I missed the opportunity to stay there this time next time definitely will be booking this hotel in Wayanad.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. Rooms are good and so are a couple of their staff. However there was only 2 sachets of milk sugar & tea and a bottle of water without a teaspoon to mix. No coffee option. Next day water was charged saying we ordered from the restuarant to the room, infact it was the regular water that we asked for making our tea. No hand towels, dental kit, & conditioner, only if asked it will be provided. Bathroom shower head was spiky and hurting & not well aligned. Leaking taps made the bathroom floor wet and slippery.Pillows were yellow and heavily soaked in the sweat of guests and one of their staff refused to accept it was stinking. Intercom was not working & hence it was difficult to come down each time from the 2nd floor to raise our concerns. The owner was humble and courteous and willing to listen to our concerns and was not defensive and assured that it will be rectified. Food was good at their restaurant.

First time we visited this Hotel. It was smooth check in process. (Room no. 205)The rooms were good and neat. But the only issue intercom is not working.But the reception staffs are very friendly. Then the Restaurant ambiance and services are good. And staffs are very comfortable. Complimentory breakfast is available. But its not Buffet system. That is a small problem. Overall it was a nice experience and nice stay. And please rectify the intercom problem. Thank you

Good food. Had both dinner and lunch from the same place on a vacation. Chicken kondattam was the best dish that we had from there. Good service. as well

One of the best restaurant in bathery. Nice delicious food with good service and clean surrounding. Ample car parking and ample lounge area.
