Le ROI Delhi Hotel, Paharganj - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

While asleep around 11PM. I had a couple walk in to the room. They got in to the room with a key given to them by the hotel receptionist. You have to go to the receptionist everyday to get your room reassigned to you throughout your stay. That nice couple had been there for a few days already and had a few more days left to their reservation. So they walked in to the room that they had been assigned to for the reservation. To them it seemed like we were the intruders. Thankfully the nicest couple were willing to change rooms since they had just 2 backpacks cz they were visiting family during Diwali and had their big luggage with their family. The hotel had double booked one room and given 2 couples the same room key. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff has nothing to say about it. They couldn't even admit their mistakes. No apologies from their side either. Rooms look much nicer in pictures but it's dirty in reality. Bathroom is dirty. It is spacious and location isn't bad but I could've gotten way better hotel for similar price around the neighborhood. Staff is absolutely horrible. Receptionist lady was extremely slow and didn't care about customers at all. They'd try to get until you raise your voice at them. I like to travel and have stayed in many hotels but this was hands down the worst one I had ever been to. I'd rather pay a little more and stay at other place. I'd definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. UNSAFE AND HYGIENIC. HORRIBLE STAFF AS WELL.

The right place to stay if u want to stay near to New Delhi railway station. Clean, neat and spotless Linen, supported by wonderful service. Much worthy than what u pay for. Food is also good. It has limited dedicated parking, but don't worry the staff are always there to help you. Equally good for solo, business and Family trips

We came to hotel by 7 am, check in time was late 11 am, but got the room by 12:30 only. Problem was the morning time receptionist was not showing any hospitality I was with a kid and made to wait longer. But once I got the room I was feeling OK, rooms were good. Service was awesome. 24x7 restaurant was beneficial. Got early morning sandwich packed. Felt very happy. Buffet was also very good, dinner was not buffet but food was very good. Whatever anger I was having because of late checkin is excused. While check out proper receptionist were there who made us exit smoothly. Please train your early morning staff on hospitality. Rest all good. Thanks to restaurant staff for best experience given.

The location is good . Even though the surroundings are a little dirty. Everything is easily accessible from here. Executive rooms are big enough and everyday cleaning was done , however our washroom door lock was not working. We just adjusted.Service is little concerning, sometimes they don't pick up calls. Food takes more time than expected but the taste is good. Food bill was not provided to us separately.

The room, and bathroom are very old and without any ventilation. The bathroom wasn't much clean. Bedsheets & pillow covers were also old, wrinkled with bubbles. The location is nice. We asked for room change & they did it instantly. Breakfast buffet had decent options. Service is fine. Won't recommend for more than 1 night stay.

Lovely hotel, great location with easy access to the airport. You don't really get to see Delhi staying here, but it was convenient for us as a stop over. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet was lovely with great choice. The rooms were large, clean and spacious. we managed to chill out for a short while. We had access to the lounge travelling as 10 adults and 5 children. They were very accommodating and provided us the selection in the downstairs seating area which was tasty, large and plentiful. The kids enjoyed the popcorn, milkshakes and fries.

It was great to be here. Buffet was g8. I was having my train at 6.30 so was to pick my luggage at 4.00. Hotel helped me in keep my luggage secured till then even after checkout. overall it was good one to stay there. comfort at good price. will surely repeat it.
