Le ROI Corbett Resort - Hotel in Dhikuli, Garjiya - Nainital, India

The rooms were very neat and nicely set up before our arrival. The staff was very polite and understanding. The hotel also hosts a restaurant which served delicious food with good buddy option for breakfast and dinner. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. Kudos to Simran the receptionist who helped and welcomed us!!!

We had a pleasant stay here. Food was amazing. Their breakfast menu had lots of variety. Room service was very apt, we had few concerns , which were resolved on immediate basis. This property is clean and nice.

Location is very Good. Room sizes are bigger along with pool view balconies. Overall stay was very pleasant.

Le Roi is a great place if you want a cheap hotel experience for the price of a luxurious resort. The reality of this place is far from the online pictures. The rooms are filthy as hell. Everything smells. You'll find cockroaches in the washroom. I've seen cleaner public toilets. The swimming pool is a story in itself. Don't be surprised if you find guests drinking and eating right by or even inside the pool. Plus it stinks and the water is very unclear. The day we arrived, I even saw someone puking right next to the pool. Also, the staff is quite unprofessional and the level of service is not what you expect at that price point. The property is in a serious need for renovation. The sardar at the reception is definitely not qualified for this job. 0 hospitality. If you're planning to visit this place, might as well give me your money. The only good thing was the food. The manager at the dining area is nice and goes out of the way to ensure quality service.

Its a small property in Prime road of Jim Corbett (Dhikuli Road). Rooms were clean but had alot of Seelan (Dampness) smell in the rooms. We just stayed there for a night so didnt got a chance to try their food but had a cold coffee which was horrible. Worst thing - The person sitting on the reception was talking in so much attitude that like he is doind a favour on us by letting us stay there. Also at the time of checkout, they first took money from us (Pending bills) then they requested us (Feltlike they are forcing us) to give immediately a google review and their person stood on my head seeing what am i writing. Because he was standing on my head, so I simply wrote nice stay and now after coming back, Iam Re-Writing the whole experience. Once I gave the review the manager on the reception asked the waiter to check the room and I asked them that they should have done these formalities before taking review etc. On that he just smiled and ignored my complaint. Once all was done, they left us standing in the lobby and didnt even bothered to help us put our luggage in the car. We did all by ourselves, Felt like now their purpose is done, so they give a damn to customers. When we are about to sit in the car, their waiter again came to me and asked sir review thoda edit karke acha dedo. Now I got pissed of and asked him to leave and told him that you dont have manners to put customers luggage into the room and you are asking me to give me a good review. He simply left and the best thing was, he didnt even felt Apologetic. So this was my one night experience at this property and I would only say that if you are really money concious and are ready to compromise on your stay, then you can choose this property, else there are manyyyyy good Hotels on Dhikuli road which offer great stay experience as I have been going to Jim Corbeet for quite a long time.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Le ROI Corbett Hotel I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Le ROI Corbett hotel, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I noticed several issues that seriously impacted my stay. Firstly, the pool was far from clean. It was evident that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority, as the water appeared murky and uninviting. This was particularly disheartening, as I had looked forward to enjoying a refreshing swim during my stay. The level of service at this hotel was shockingly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guests' needs. When requesting room service, I was promised prompt delivery, but nobody showed up. Similarly, despite informing the reception about the unclean pool, their assurances of sending someone to clean it were empty promises. It seemed like the hotel lacked a sense of responsibility and basic customer service. Furthermore, the quality of the food was subpar and highly overpriced. I was extremely disappointed by the taste and presentation of the meals. It felt as if no effort was put into preparing the dishes, making it difficult to justify the exorbitant prices charged. The dining room itself had an unpleasant and persistent bad smell, which made the dining experience even more unappealing. The reality of the hotel fell far short of the appealing photos depicted online. The stark contrast between the images and the actual conditions was alarming. It felt misleading and dishonest on the part of the hotel to present such a disparity. To make matters worse, the breakfast provided was an absolute disaster. The food quality was unsatisfactory, with limited options and lackluster flavors. It was a disappointing start to each day of my stay. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Le ROI Corbett hotel for your accommodation. The unclean pool, abysmal service, poor food quality, bad odor in the dining room, unfulfilled promises, and deceptive representation of the hotel in the photos were major letdowns. Save yourself the disappointment and seek alternative accommodations that value cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Stayed 1 night Rooms are clean and luxurious. Service was prompt and staff was polite. The breakfast buffet was decently varied. The pool was clean and operational.

Location is good, property in bad condition without maintenance, food is good, but service is poor and delay, room was not cleaned properly, even leftover under-garments of guests were found in balcony. The pool was so smelly. We paid total around five thousand for one night sleep, with breakfast and dinner . The only good thing of this hotel is FOOD, nothing else. Think twice before booking this property in Rs. 3000 or more, it deserves only Rs. 2000 - 2500 as per the maintenance and services.
