We booked a 3 bedroom accommodation with shared space within the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. It has a bed enough for two people to sleep and they provide an extra mattress you can put on the floor for extra people.
In the shared living room space, sofa, dining table is available for furniture. Single door refrigerator is also available. Then for entertainment, LED smart TV and WiFi is provided.
On the rooftop, you can find an open terrace for a good view. It's clean and has plants all over the place.
We booked a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast was surprisingly nice!! It has many south indian breakfast dishes and a mixed fruit plate. One can have it and roam around Pondicherry till lunch time!
They have a menu card in the room which is contracted to other vendor, will not recommend at all as the food is expensive and doesn't balance with quantity and flavours.
Overall the area is spacious, with good amenities and within budget!!

1. Our check-in also delayed as the person in the reception is very clue less even though I informed them morning itself about our arrival time.
2. The location of the hotel is very unhygienic. Drainage all around & it's smelly outside.
3. Noisy neighbourhood, till late night loud music they will play. Multiple times requested to reduce the volume
4. Narrow congested roads, bikes & car they will park everywhere, and people in the reception simply not interested whether guests have any problem with parking. Also, it's an open parking so if it's full they will ask you to park roadside only.
5. Location also far away from the main puducherry city.
Good place to stay. Little outer from the centre of the city. Rooms are maintained well. Bed size could be bigger tats was the only concern
This review is based on the interaction with front desk people. So we were supposed to go to Pondicherry with our parents and dog and looking for a suitable accommodation. This is how we came across Le Poshe.
Just a day before our trip we got to know about the Orange alert that was issued for the coastal areas of Pondicherry. We called them and asked to give us a refund. But they gave us an option to choose a future date on which we can visit and that too within one month's time. When we chose the long weekend of Christmas or New Year we were told that the charges will be 35k for 2 days which was almost 3 times of what we were about to pay.
These people were not ready to give us even one week extension beyond that and also not ready to give us the refund.
We are asking for the refund because we couldn't go due to a natural disaster and we think this is unfair.
Stayed here for a night and had a very disappointing experience.
1. Our check in was delayed by half an hour.
2. The location of the hotel was unhygienic being near the drainage. Open drainage and narrow roads with no parking space.
3. The room was not worth the price.
4. The location is pretty far away from Pondicherry city.
5. Also there is no lift service from ground floor, had to climb 4 floors with my luggage.
6. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our requests.
7. The WiFi was not working despite requesting the staff.
8. The AC kept switching off and on during the night.
9. The bathroom was very tiny and did not even have any hooks to hang clothes.
10. The room had only one open cupboard with no doors and with dust.
11. The charging point was far away from the bed.
12. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
Overall I do not recommend this place.
Rooms and bathrooms are good and neat. Breakfast included was okay however coffee tea should be added in the breakfast. Also room cleaning services are done only if we ask for it. Hence that should be changed. Rest good place and open car parking so it's an excessive heat out there
The stay was good but the locality is very bad, open drainages , dirty roads. Breakfast provided was bad in taste. The staff were helpful. The location is far to the city. But the blue flag certified Eden beach is near by.
It shocking to see ppl provide 4,5 rating for location here. Just another irony of how reviews can be misleading

Had a nice experience. I had a healthy and good breakfast. The receptionist was extremely helpful. I was not able to find a transport to Auroville and he helped me book one immediately. Really grateful for the service. Thank you.
Rooms and washroom are very clean and neat. Staffs are kind. All this was during Receptionist Sathish's incharge.
Even rental bikes are available and was in good condition.worth the money
