The only thing good about this hotel is its proximity to the railway station. We booked 2 rooms, both of which washrooms were stinking when we checked in. The hotel stuff did not show much interest to our complaints. The breakfast was complimentary with our booking, but not good at all. They gave pasta for breakfast on the first day! The hotel stuff didn't seem to care about the guests or cleanliness. We were made to wait for some time in the waiting area in 2nd floor, which had dirty table and sofa, definitely not cleaned in ages! Being situated in such a good place, this hotel should provide at least clean, decent room and decent breakfast.

Bed was not comfortable.. Toilet not so clean In night staf is very less do not expect you will get a service. TV not working and will not work even you will complain. The most wrost thing is hotel room are at main road side and as it's near to bus stop so whole night you will get bus loud horn and difficult to get good sleep..

I don't know where to start from... The reception and the room are not at all similar to the photos and reviews you find online. It was a nightmare visiting this place. When entered you get a shady kind of appearance and feel but you expect the rooms to be better. The guy at the reception upgraded by booking worth extra 500 bucks and I really expected the rooms to be 2 things 1. Clean 2. Comfortable But it was the complete opposite of what I expected. The rooms are dirty AF. There is blots, stains, marks all over the place. The rooms, bathrooms and the food are very very unhygienic. The walls have stains of spitting, and what not. The bathroom stinks like a public toilet. The walls of bathroom are disgusting. The beds have bedsheets which are not even the size of the bed and are extremely unhygienic. The phone is covered with minimum 1 KG of dirt as if it wasn't cleaned since ages. The menu when opened smelled like puke. The food ordered was not hygienic too. The waiters and cook themselves were also not in proper hygienic condition. There are different kinds of smells coming from different corners of the room, bathroom, behind the bed...and the list goes on. The door of the bathroom is more dirty than your bathroom commode believe me. The chair in the room has more dirt and dust than the SAHARA DESERT... The vessels in which the food were served were unclean too. The switch boards are monstrous and broken. The cupboards are dirty. I had a plan of 4night stays but had to check out after a really disappointing stay of 1 night as I had no other option. The vault AC regulator does not work. I wish one could take the image of "smells" I would want to share that in the review too. Forgot to mention insufficient lights which was a major setback as far as ambience of a good hotel is concerned. Booking was done by OYO rooms. Which mentions highly of this hotel. Also very very late room service... Food even tea would take ages to reach you. During the time of checkout the guys at the reception forced me to give more than one star and started arguing when I did so. Also said that we upgraded you to our best room (and if that was the best I wonder what the normal rooms would have been like) so you should co-operate (for which I paid extra 500 bucks dude!)!!! I stayed there for 1 night ... What other form of cooperative behaviour did they expect??!!!!! This is how they maintain their 4 star, 5 star rating, by forcing the clients to rate according to them????

Good room and more space. Affordable for travellers. Suitable for families and couples. But reception facilities like 1 water is not always available ( not the drinking water) 2 sluggish response from the reception. Cost effective hotel. Value for your money.

Most pathetic hotel in my life. There are mites in the bathroom. Hot water not coming in bathroom and giving only light warm water in a single bucket after one hour and given many reminder to them. Hotel service is very poor and we feel that staying in dharamshala or 200/- rs lodge. If you prefer any bedroll in railway station are better than this hotel. Oyo captain is also not helping us and giving false promise. Unhygienic place and after staying in the room you are inviting allergies in your body. Food was cheap and complimentary break fast bring from the roadside hawker. Once you entered the room and observe in detail then you feel that insecure hotel for your health. They have some kind under table type setting with oyo local manager. Do not book this hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Perfect interior of rooms according to mood. Mind blowing veg thali. You will lick the fingers literally love the their food. Usually i don't eat much, they have that superb taste which cause me to over eat. Even their breakfast is quite good and room service is not bad quite little slow but their nature is friendly and supportive. Will visit again definitely.

Hotel is situated at a good location in the city, Staff is professional and know how to work. All is well here only i think still the top floor need some more attractive look or beautification drive for visitors to enjoy the area properly. I saw a lot of negative reviews but i dont think its too bad and it may be happened with some one and also Hotel owner and management should must take these reviews seriously and try to resolve issues if have any.

The bed linen and cushion cover stinks and the staff won't even change it after repeated requests. Like, it stinks bad. Unbearable. The floors are so dirty sticky and they don't even have a floor mat outside the bathroom. The room stinks and smells like it hasn't been properly cleaned since months. The reception called me half a dozen times the next day to give a 5 star rating to their hotel, while I was at a conference. 5 times
