Le Papillon - Resort hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

Rooms are specious enough. We took premium rooms which had a big bathtub. Food is good. Tasty it is. Service was quite quicker. Location is perfect, on main road yet hotel was cut off from outside. Nearby restaurants were on walkable distance. Overall a good experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The room was incredibly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The washroom was even smaller, which was both inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, the price I paid for such a cramped space was exorbitant; it felt like a rip-off. As if that weren't enough, the swimming pool was shockingly tiny, more like a glorified bathtub than a proper pool. It was impossible to enjoy any sort of swim in there. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its cramped accommodations, high prices, and laughably small pool.

We had premium room for 3700 per night and the room and services were worth every penny. It was clean, very spacious. It had a sofa, big TV, bath tub in an transparent bathroom, hair dryer etc. The services were good and quick. The pool however is very small and it looks big in photos. we had dal khichadi for dinner and it was little costly but tasty except for buttermilk. They also let us drop our luggage at reception after checking out. The views however are not that great.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The service from the start to the end was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly and respectful. The rooms were huge and very clean. The food was tasty and was made from good quality and fresh ingredients. The pool area was clean as well. The pool could be a lil bigger but it was good and clean as well. Excellent experience

Rooms are very small the talk about delux room there is all adjustment no mirror bed size very small. Service ok but we asked for a plate at room and spoon the told us you will be charged for that 100+ taxes. Location is also fully inside in the last end corner of the lane parking also not big all fully of adjustment hotel is this. Our experience was not that good.

I was not at all happy with the stay at lip Le Papillon hotel at Lonavala it was too hipped in YouTube and reviews as it was paid starting there was no boarding off the hotel it was inside of another Hotel boarding Hotel Aaron it was difficult for me at night plus raining to find the hotel even in Google map the info it's too complicated at the time of arrival was raining heavily none of the staff offered us umbrella which was in front of them nor at the time of parking the car in the parking lot the room is big but the table top basin was broken and had a huge crack bathroom walls was not clean and had cob web on the third day I notice the walls having fungus layer in it the TV have only one time colors the duvet cover was having yellow colour and rest was white They do provide Wi-Fi but connection is not available inside the room but yes outside breakfast was poor quality oily and less options I stay there for 3 nights but when I asked for one bottle extra water then the staff said it will be charged but later they didn't charge me I came to Lonavala for vacation so we left hotel morning and came late night at night there is a rule that they don't provide hot water from 12 to 6 a.m. I had to argue for hot water as you all know how cold is Lonavala at night and about it was raining and swimming pool timing is from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. as said before we for vacation so at night you can't swim it was kind of show peace for us overall I was not happy with the stay if the hotel full I can understand but only two rules by occupied including mine I have pictures supporting my review.

It's good for couple who want peaceful stay in hotel. Indoor game: 1 carrom board available only. Pool table is available on chargeable basis, 250 Rs for 30 min. No other activity available for kids and adult too. Small swimming pool available where only 1 family or couple can enjoy. No any natural view from room. As hotel surround by other properties.

1st day we paid Rs5600 for premium room and didn't get much amenities. Later that night we requested for extra Comforter they gave us mattresses protector and asked us to pay extra. There was no electricity in the Night. Whenever the electricity went off they waited for 3 minutes and then switched on the Generator. Next day we extended our stay due to emergency and they charged us Rs6000/- with no breakfast and they also charged us Rs350/- + taxes for broken glass . They don't even have tissue boxes in room and not even in Bathroom. It had been better if I had stayed in Regenta I paid only Rs5000 including breakfast and got amazing service. This place is not worth more than Rs3000/- pathetic customer service.
