I went with family. They allotted the ground floor room. It had no windows. It was basically a shuttered shop which had been converted into a room. I said I don't want and they said I can shift to first floor. There is an open drain in the street and a foul smell was all pervasive in the area. Even the first floor windows could not have been opened. So I walked out to another hotel in the back street and the advance paid for the room was gone.
The experience was splendid. It is a nice option for students and tourists on a budget. It's pretty cheap with lots of facilities .It has facilities like hot water, ac and TV. It looks quite safe with cctvs on each floor. I would personally recommend it
My all time favourite place in pondy! The rooms are clean and you get necessary items like induction , vessel , refrigerator etc. I highly recommend this place to friends and family . This is located near the beach (500m) and shops are located near , if you want to get food or liquor. The one drawback is - No closed parking , but we can park in front of this house and it's completely safe with cctv cameras. If you guys wanna stay together in one room about 4-6 I prefer this stay. I chose a deluxe room which is quite a large hall and compact room. My rating would be : 5*****

Best place with good staffs. I loved the way the lights are arranged in the hall.(disco lights) Bathroom is very clean and hygiene. Best apartment at affordable price . It is situated near beach which was extremely good. Thank you
