This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in because of the superb service. The restaurant and buffet is clean and delicious. The room was spacious and view was great as well. The manager was accommodating and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The staff and reception were also amazing. They were also asking for what improvements they could make which I'm happy to share given that they want to maintain a high standard.

I recently stayed for a day here with a friend and neither the room nor the service felt like that of a 5 star hotel. They were heavily understaffed and the staff that was present was either new or untrained. It felt like we had to tell them basic things like asking the valet the park our car, removing luggage from the car, showing us our room and even getting our luggage to our room. Considering that this is a 5 star hotel it was a very underwhelming experience. The rooms were average and considering the overall experience totally not worth the money. The property looks great, but beyond that this place has nothing more to offer.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a loyalty program.Hotel has very good outdoor pool which is very big and clean.Many people choose this hotel as wedding destination.Inside the hotel premise is chef pillai restaurant.Rooms are clean and big.Buffet breakfast is good with wide variety of dishes.Lunch also is very good lot of pickle varieties are available for pickle lovers.we ordered cake as well for our kid birthday cake was very tasty and beautiful.

Excellent location to stay in kochi with great view and escape from crowd..Breakfast buffet had wide range of varieties. Room service and food was really good. The reception service is average, needs to be improved..

The hotel is just superb. The ambience, the vast area,the halls, the pool .. everything is so beautifully maintained. The service is also remarkable,everyone is so friendly. The place is located along the highway,which makes it easily accessible. Also the parking is lavish. Went to chef pillai restaurant, which is worth the visit. The dishes are all delicious.

This should be a 3- star hotel. Poor hospitality , stinking rooms and old hotel. These guys are highly understaffed most of them are inexperienced or interns. Really disappointing stay especially considering a brand of Marriott. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Yes location and property are fantastic but paying a premium is not justified.

Spend 2 days here. It was a memorable experience. The staff were very friendly. Special mention to chef Nirmal and team for their great food and hospitality. Will definitely visit again
