The hotel is located at a prime location. Its good if you want to have small functions. They allow outside catering etc and have inhouse decoration. They have 41 rooms with 3 suite rooms. Rates are good. The hotel is maintained well. They have a dining area and conference separates which I liked. The staff is also courteous. Haven't got the chance to try their food.

Pros: Clean well-maintained rooms and toilets. Comfortable furniture. Cons: Terrible staff at the reception (except the very polite female receptionist). Two staff members at the reception treated us very unprofessionally. They first claimed that we didn't pay for 2 juices that we ordered to the room. When we said that we had already paid for it, one staff member insulted us as though he was giving us some free service and said, "we can make one juice complementary but you have to pay for the other". When we showed proof of UPI payment, they called up the staff member who served us to verify further. When he confirmed that we had paid, they made a new claim that we ordered another juice. When we denied that and told them to check the number of juice glasses in the room, they dropped that claim. Then they said that a towel was missing from the room. We told him to check on the bed and miraculously they found it. Such unprofessional and rude treatment by the staff left a very bad impression on the hotel. Despite the pleasant stay, the receptionists have ensured that we would not return to stay here.

We stayed in Le Foliage By TGI from 24 Sep 2022 till 26 Sep 2022 and the service was bad. We had booked an Executive room. The pics that is displayed on the site are misleading. The room was small and badly lit. The bathroom was smaller than any road-side dhaba's bathroom. And the room shared a door to another adjacent room. There was no privacy between these 2 rooms and we could hear everything that guests staying in other room were talking and vice-versa. The roof-top bar was defunct and they had arranged for breakfast in the basement. The food was below average. But the worst part was that the staff was extremely unprofessional. Nobody offered to help to move the luggage from reception to the room and no help while check-out as well. When we request for a change of room, they simply denied. If you are thinking of booking a room in this hotel, its an advise to visit the hotel first and see for yourself that the place is worth the money that you are paying. Please do not get fooled by the pictures that are posted on their site.

Loved the hotel and my stay. Rooms are nice, clean having comfortable beds and pillow. I liked the fact that it was having a proper table and chair for work and a separate table and sofa to sit and enjoy room service food. Food was tasty too! Will love to visit again.

I am currently staying at this hotel and spent 3 nights earlier. Reception staff is horrible and not fit for hospitality sector. They are as rude as possible. I don't know how this hotel is surviving because people working here just blame each other for the ultra poor service. Restaurant staff will deliver food without dishes and then room service and restaurant staff will blame each other. When I booked, it was mentioned to be city view and it turned out to be right in front of other window so no way I can move the curtains and therefore no sunlight in the room at all. Just poor stuff even worse than a local guesthouse. suddenly room access card stopped working and I was made to come to reception to get it working again as staff was in some meeting, can you believe that.

Stayed at hotel for 5 nights.Located at a prime location, if you are coming to explore city all the cab service are easily available.Also metro is hardly 500m.Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

Just checked in yesterday. Does the phone not have a direct reception desk line? Seems weird. Place seems ok and clean but smallish especially since we cannot open the curtains as there is building right next to it- and that's making it seem very dark and Claustrophobic. Reading the other reviews is making me a bit nervous about staff! Will see how the cleaning crew does today.

This is located just beside the main road. This has a function hall in first floor. Small functions could be held. There is Rooftop kitchen and bar.
